Requirements

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Accustomed and comfortable to appear in front of the camera
- Have the ability to enliven the atmosphere while Live
- Have their own uniqueness and characteristics while Live
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and creative teams 8. to develop campaigns and promotional content
- Proactive and results-oriented (accustomed to targets)
- Willing to work with a shifting system (not following national holidays, religious holidays, joint leave)
- Have a positive desire to perform and be willing to take the initiative to try and inovate the live broadcast content

Responsibilities
- Conduct live streaming according to schedule in our office (WFO), guide and interact with viewers enthusiastically and interestingly on the TikTok LIVE platform.
- Collaborate with the team to develop interesting and effective live concepts and strategies.
- Maintain a warm and engaging personality and strong improvisational skills during live.
- Monitor and respond to feedback and questions from viewers during live broadcasts.
- Ensure broadcasts run smoothly and according to schedule.
